Professor Utonium tried to create the perfect little girl but ended up with creations imbued with superpowers, whom he called the Powerpuff Girls.
He stands as the girls’ parent figure and always tries to do what he thinks is best for them. Sometimes his ideas on raising the girls properly as a parent should conflicts with their life of being superheroes. One primary example is he gives them a curfew and an early bedtime, thereby causing monsters to run amok on Townsville.
